Surveylab creates and hosts professional, fully customised online surveys. We collect the responses and provide web-based reporting tools to review and analyse results. When a fast turnaround is important, a survey can be setup and ready to launch within a week.

Some clients already have the content of their questionnaire - they simply need support to make that transition from a Word document or email into a working survey ready to go. Surveylab gives feedback on the questionnaire during the design stage but we can also help with the research brief at an earlier stage of the project if additional online survey consultancy is required.

Last year, Surveylab managed more than 500,000 email invitations on behalf of clients. If you need support with emailing your customers or staff to complete your questionnaire, Surveylab offers survey email management too.

A simple, one page survey (the entire survey must fit onto 1 page) can be designed and hosted from £699*. For longer surveys across 2 or more pages, costs start from £949*.
