Custom survey design

Surveylab will work with you at whatever stage you require to deliver and manage your survey. Many clients already have a good idea of the content of their questionnaire - it simply needs to make that transition from a document on your computer to a working survey ready to go - but we can also provide consultancy and design the questionnaire with you if required.

Programming Features

The online survey is fully customised to your requirements: questions, instructions, logos, images and colours.

We make the most of the online medium to improve the participants' survey experience: logic to skip irrelevant questions, interactive questions/answers, immediate feedback.

Hosting (Fielding)

No technical expertise is required: the survey is hosted on Surveylab's web servers, and responses entered into a secure database.

Reporting

A client extranet gives access to full management reporting.

A fully customised survey with up to 20 questions fielded for 60 days and online reporting costs £949 + VAT*.

A simple/short survey (1 page) starts from £699 + VAT.

How we work

Email us your questionnaire (Most clients use Microsoft Word but any format will do). For look and feel - the most popular request amongst clients is to emulate a particular website's design.
We review the questionnaire and feedback any queries before programming the survey.
When the survey screens are ready, we send you test links to review the survey.
Once any changes required have been applied and you have 'signed off' the survey, we have some programming to do behind the scenes. When this is complete...
The survey is ready to launch.

For most clients we setup and launch the survey within 1 week, but for some the process can take two or three weeks from start to finish (depending on complexity, waiting for feedback etc.).

Extra Help

Support is available by telephone or email. On-site consulting is also available if required.

Surveylab can also manage your emailing to invite your customers/employees to take part in your research. Please ask for details.
