Often, a researchers' definition of an online survey means email survey. The survey is to be hosted on a website and emails will be sent to customers or employees to invite them to take part in the survey.
Surveylab's survey email management service - emailing invitations to a contact list and sending reminder emails as required to non-respondents. These emails can be sent as if from your company or organisation.
Email management includes:
- Deduping* email sample
- Pre-emailing verification checks
- Writing copy

- Managing "do not contact" list
- Managing bounce list (failed emails)
- Forwarding customer contacts to client
- Emailing reminder emails to non-respondents (usually 7-10 days later)

Email management starts from £325 (excluding UK VAT at 15%).
Service Requirements
Email addresses are personal information, and Data Protection and anti-SPAM laws apply that limit the use of emails under certain circumstances. Therefore, email management is only available to
- Surveylab clients who have an online survey hosted with us; and
- Clients drawing sample* from their own customer or employee database or members/subscribers database
* Drawing sample - selecting/exporting target respondents
Surveylab will not send emails to email lists purchased from a third party. If a sample has to be sourced to conduct research, we can recommend suppliers that maintain consumer and business user panels.
