With more than ten years’ experience designing and fielding customer surveys online, our team knows customer satisfaction measurement inside out. We build (and design) surveys for annual or one-off customer satisfaction studies as well as ‘tracking’ programmes for fielding regular customer feedback surveys.

Surveylab offers two levels of support for the design and fielding of customer surveys:

  • Customer Survey Hosting – for clients who already have their research objectives set and the questionnaire content written, and simply need “technical support” to build and host the online survey
  • Customer Survey Design & Field – which includes consultancy to review the research objectives in depth and design the customer satisfaction/feedback study, plus the survey’s programming, hosting, and production of management summary reports.

All of our surveys come with easy-to-use online reports that provide trending, ranking reports and score indices, and can be configured to provide ‘customer at risk’ reporting for customer recovery, email alerts, etc.

Costs

Customer Survey Hosting starts from £750 for a one-page survey, hosted for 60 days/up to 5,000 responses (a multi-page survey with 30 questions is £1,400).

Customer Survey Design & Field is more variable depending on the scope of work. A one-off study can be fielded for between £5,000 to £8,000, and a monthly tracking survey from £6,000p.a.
