

Surveylab conducts on-site training workshops that enable non-researchers to understand survey methodology and learn the basic skills to develop their own survey projects.
Surveylab's one day workshops are designed to help the non-research professional get to grips with implementing and managing customer surveys or employee opinion research. The workshop can be tailored to meet individual organisations requirements and objectives. The training is equally suited for questionnaires fielded by post and online/email surveys

The training is conducted on the clients' premises, keeping costs down and minimising disruption to participants.
Anyone tasked with designing or managing customer satisfaction feedback/measurement studies, who might work in customer care, complaint handling, service/support or quality control.
HR teams and managers responsible for organising an employee feedback programme in their workplace.
Workshops are customised to individual clients' research and training requirements and include practical case studies and exercises.
Costs are based on a daily workshop fee of £899*, which provides for up to five participants and workshop materials. Additional attendees are charged at £100 each. A room suitable for training needs to be provided (and arrangements for refreshments).
