By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the Rules set out below:

1. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
2. You can only enter once.
3. You must be a resident of the UK and be aged 16 or over.
4. The closing date for entry is midnight, 30 April 2008.
5. There will be one winner of £50 worth of Boots vouchers, chosen in a random draw.
6. The winner will be notified within one week of the date of the draw.
7. You may also enter the draw by sending your name and address to Family Survey Prize Draw Entry, Family Investments, Marketing, 16-17 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RL by 30 April 2008.
8. An email will be sent to the address supplied to notify the winner. If address details are not supplied within 21 days of notification, Family Investments may draw a substitute winner.
9. Family Investments cannot and does not accept any responsibility for late or corrupted entries for any reason (e.g. failure of software or internet connection).
10. The Prize Draw is not open to anyone directly or indirectly involved in the running or promotion of the Prize Draw including all the employees (and their families) of Family Investments and Surveylab Limited.
11. Family Investments reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude any person from the Prize Draw at any time. Family Investments' decision will be final and binding.
12. These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
