What do you need?
Email Survey Management
Where required, Surveylab can email invitations to your customers/employees, and after a few days send a reminder email to the non-respondents. These emails can be sent as if from your company or organisation.
Email management includes:
- Deduping email sample (checking for duplicates)
- Pre-emailing verification checks for valid addresses
- Writing copy
- Perform mail-merge/personalisation
- Emailing invites
- Managing “do not contact” list
- Managing bounce list (failed emails)
- Forwarding customer contacts to client
- Emailing reminder emails to non-respondents (usually 7-10 days later)
- Export of bounce and “do not contact” lists for feedback to client
Questionnaire Printing – Mailing
Surveylab can manage the printing and mailing of invite letters (and the questionnaire itself) if required.
And with printed questionnaires, Surveylab offers data entry services (use of reply-paid service, data-entry and Q.A.) for all or part of your organisation.
