Whilst we focus on the creation and management of online survey solutions, there is often a requirement for handling emails, paper/printing, or a mix of paper/online fielding methodologies. Surveylab can take care of these tasks quietly and efficiently too, allowing you to get on with your your job.

What do you need?


Email Management

Email Survey Management

Where required, Surveylab can email invitations to your customers/employees, and after a few days send a reminder email to the non-respondents. These emails can be sent as if from your company or organisation.

Email management includes:

  • Deduping email sample (checking for duplicates)
  • Pre-emailing verification checks for valid addresses
  • Writing copy
  • Perform mail-merge/personalisation
  • Emailing invites
  • Managing “do not contact” list
  • Managing bounce list (failed emails)
  • Forwarding customer contacts to client
  • Emailing reminder emails to non-respondents (usually 7-10 days later)
  • Export of bounce and “do not contact” lists for feedback to client

Surveylab can manage the printing and mailing of invite letters (and the questionnaire itself) if required.

And with printed questionnaires, Surveylab offers data entry services (use of reply-paid service, data-entry and Q.A.) for all or part of your organisation.

We already have a good feel for your survey, and can bring expertise and quality assurance to your reporting that helps you understand your survey results fully and create a draft report for your review prior to sharing with senior management/the Board/staff.

Analysis/reports production is managed as a consultancy service (our current fee is £750/day).
