Surveylab’s online reports were designed for non-research professionals, for example the H.R. Manager or Head of Customer Services who needs to get survey results, but doesn’t have access to a statistician or the time/know-how to ‘number-crunch’ to get to the answers they’re looking for.
Designed from the outset to be intuitive and put usability first, our online reports have evolved over five years of development and been used by hundreds of clients.
