Workplace Surveys for HR/Employees

The Surveylab Workplace/Employee Survey template can easily be customised to deliver actionable employee feedback in most organisations.

The standard questionnaire comprises eight sections of attitudinal questions that can be expanded as required for your specific H.R. requirements.

Employees are emailed a personalised link to the online survey (the link contains a unique login to control respondents' access to the survey) which is tailored to your organisation's look and feel. Questionnaires can also be distributed on paper/by post if part of the workforce do not have internet access.

Reporting

"Standard" reporting enables authorised H.R. managers/senior management to access and view results, drilling-down to department level.

"Advanced" reporting can be installed to allow heads of departments or even team leaders to log in and review results for their department/team(s).

As a guide, the workplace survey fielded to 1,000 staff (via email/internet) starts from around £3,000 (excluding UK VAT at 15%).
