Fine-tuning objectives and methodologies. Looking for ways to simplify surveys and make them as user-friendly as possible.
When we work with you, we think of it as a partnership – acting as your research department. Interrogating your initial ideas and finding out exactly what you need, to get the best possible results from your online survey.
Specialist survey examples
Thrombosis Research Institute (TRI)
TRI - a world leader in the detection, prevention and treatment of blood clots - commissioned Surveylab to build and run its global research study called Frontline2.
The in-depth survey was fielded to oncologists, surgeons and other specialist medical consultants in English, German, Chinese and Arabic.
The survey results bring together views and highlight variations in care around the world, helping to resolve unanswered questions and encouraging the development of further research.
Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
Surveylab was asked to carry out the SRA's first ever diversity research programme, collecting anonymous data from more than 100,000 participants working in the 10,500 registered law firms in England and Wales.
The survey itself was simple, using a two-step approach to collect data once from each firm, and then responses from staff directly. Each firm also received a personalised benchmark report.
The survey was the beginning of the SRA's review of equality and diversity in the legal profession which paved the way for its diversity strategy and policies today.
European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV)
INREV is Europe's leading knowledge-sharing platform for the non-listed real estate industry. We have worked with INREV since 2006, programming and fielding surveys to their members and partners to collect investment and funds data for publication in INREV's reports.
The surveys capture data across multiple sections and tables, and carying figures forward to later sections asking for further breakdowns (a lot of moving parts!). This requires detailed validation rules and checks to ensure accurate data collection while keeping the screens easy to use.
